RUMOUR: Sonic to make an appearance in Super Mario Galaxy 2?
It's become clear that Nintendo and Sega like the idea of splicing their own characters into the same games. Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games sold millions of copies the world over, and Sonic's inclusion in Brawl was one of the biggest gaming announcements of 2007. But now, according to an unnamed, yet "trusted" source, Sonic may in some way shape or form be showing his spikey blue face inNintendo's upcoming Super Mario Galaxy 2.

On NGamer magazine's Twitter account, a post was made stating that Sonic will be appearing in Super Mario Galaxy 2. This was then followed by another Twitter post stating that this news is from a "trusted source", and that Sonic will have his owngalaxy called the Green Hill Galaxy, named after the first zone in the original Sonic the Hedgehog game.


I'd like to stress that this is a RUMOUR until officially proven otherwise, so don't get all mental over this. We will keep you posted on the matter.

Ironically enough, another rumor is going around that the WiiWare version will have Mario as an unlock-able playable character for Sonic 4.

There's gonna be a level in SMG2 which is called Green Hill Galaxy hence said rumor.

I really really hate Sonic and co. but if he SOMEHOW gets into Galaxy 2, I'll have to deal with it.

Besides, theres a 3.33 (repeating of course) chance Sonic will make it into Galaxy 2.
