delay when pressing buttons

help plz

when i press a button on my wii remote when i play a game its a 1 second delay untill the character on the screen does something, idk if my wii is broken or if its me who has been messing with the settings. But if someone has any solution to this please reply, thx.

The lag could be within the wiimote's buttons and inability to send a signal fast enough to the wii, or your wii could just be completely screwed. If i were you i'd try another wiimote and change the batteries and everything. If it still doesn't work, then there's something definitely wrong with your wii. If so, Send it to nintendo if you still have a valid warranty or just go buy a new one, it's your choice.

- Not the same problem, but this worked for me when my controllers WOULDN'T sync:

Hold the sync buttons on the Wii and the wiimote for about 10 seconds and realease .
