no more heroes paradise gameplay

Post by RollingSilver on Sun Apr 18, 2010 12:35 am

meh, i'll hold my judgments until i fully see the game. but for now:

the constant smooth framerate is a nice touch compared to how jittery the animations were in the wii version

the updated graphics look pretty cool but it takes away the surrealism that existed in the wii version. i also had that problem in the second game - the surreal art style was discarded

the japanese voice for travis is awesome (roronoa zoro's japanese VA if you're curious), but i'll prefer robin downy atkins' voice anytime and anywhere

dual analog = OBSOLETE. from what i've seen you have to press the analogues before you make a finishing move, compared to swinging the remote and nunchuk in the wii version.

I still love the game and I don't wanna buy the Wii now. This will be a sidegame for me

Looks awesome. I hope it comes to North America. I myself will not get a Wii yet, I am getting a 360 Elite. I want this to come to America so I can play it on my console of choice.

I'm not to fond of the whole pressing the analog stick before doing a finisher, seems they could have just allowed you to move the analog stick in the direction.

Seems interesting, even without it feeling like a true NMH game because of the no motion controls. If it came here, I might buy it and then have both NMH Wii and PS3 version of NMH

you would best be off with the 360 version in this case because the ps3 version is censored. i know... it's hard to understand the logic about it if they're supposed to be the same game

Why is it censored? That makes no sense, whatsoever! Too bad, I don't have the 360

NMH always looked "meh" to me. This one is no exception.
