Sonic Debate: Speed, Plat-former, or Both

Post by Mark_Chaos on Sun Sep 27, 2009 9:09 pm

So there have been a lot (and I mean A LOT) of people who say SU's day time levels are a step in a right direction... Now, let me ask you this, what goes though people's minds? They're saying that Sonic should just be zooming though levels like the Genesis days, but guess what? Momentum was what made Sonic fast, this made the plat-forming easier. Sonic's basically Mario in a hedgehog form with the gimmick of moving fast. Now I'm going to post links to videos from Sonic the Hedgehog 1 to Sonic & Knuckles, and you vote on which one Sonic is.

Note: Do not debate about characters, voices, humans, etc. JUST THIS!!!

Wut? No people telling me I'm wrong, or ripping me to pieces, or people arguing, or at the very least debating like adults... WHAT THE HELL!?

Yeah, SEGA lost hope after the original Sonic Team quit. They need people who aren't biased to help make the games

...Wut? This is probably one of the MOST insane things I have ever read in my life. How does "bias" affect making a game?

Really... Really... No wonder why Sonic is having problems, he's becoming a race-car minus the race car.
